I was introduced to this and just had to share it with you!   ‘Fences’ is an awesome FREE program for organizing your computer’s desktop icons.  This program works automatically but you can customize it.

To make it work:

  • Hide your desktop icons simply by double clicking on desktop.
  • Make them reappear simply by double clicking on desktop.

Easy!  Clean!  Nice!  Try it!
