I have personally never been on a cruise but would like to someday.   When I do I will definitely consult the advice in Arthur Frommer’s ‘Budget Travel’ magazine.   Specifically, the May 2010 issue had an interesting article, ‘50 Top Tips from the World’s Smartest Cruisers‘.  Check it out!  It is a fun read even if you have no plans to take a cruise.
